Mothers Matter: An Emotional Support Group for Pregnant and Postpartum Women

This is an open support group for pregnant and postpartum women. Whether it is stress, adjustment to parenting, normal Baby Blues, or pregnancy or postpartum depression/anxiety Mothers Matter is here to help. The group will provide peer to peer support, emotional support, a safe place to talk about the anxieties of facing motherhood, facilitation by a Licensed Clinician specialized in Perinatal Mood Disorders, educational materials, and resources.
